Warwickshire Heritage and Culture offers a range of heritage based activities, tailored at the over 60’s.

Using the unique collections of Warwickshire Museums and the County Record Office, Warwickshire County Council Heritage and Culture team are offering nursing homes and over 60’s groups the opportunity to reminisce.

Reminiscence sessions can be delivered at nursing homes or to community groups on the themes of childhood, celebrations and pastimes. A fully accessible museum bus and tours of St John’s museum can be included, so there is plenty to help older people feel young at heart.

The activities run by the Heritage and Culture team have plenty of benefits and help increase social interaction, encourage creativity and emphasise individual’s identity and their own unique experiences.
