Warwick’s latest wedding venue, The Old Shire Hall, is set to open its doors to the public for a wedding fair on Sunday 9 April.
The Old Shire Hall is a Grade I listed building on Northgate Street, owned by Warwickshire County Council. The council has recently secured planning approval to use the building as a premier hospitality and events venue.
To kick off the exciting next phase in the life of this landmark building, The Old Shire Hall will be hosting a wedding fair on Sunday 9 April, 11am – 3pm. Over 20 local wedding suppliers will be available on the day, and it will also provide the opportunity to view the venue itself.
Kushal Birla, Head of Customer Service at WCC said:
“We are thrilled to be able to showcase our unique building and its beautiful rooms as part of the wedding fair. Many people may be familiar with the building as the previous home to Warwick Crown Court, and we are delighted we can conserve and protect the building as part of its exciting future as an events venue.”
The council is working in partnership with Wild View Events to host the wedding fair.
Ben Wild, Managing Director of Wild View Events said:
“Regardless of where you are with your wedding planning, make a date in your diary for The Old Shire Hall wedding fair. We are working with a range of suppliers who will be on hand on the day to provide inspiration and information to help you plan your special day.”
