Surveys at site of proposed free school at Rokeby

As part of the planning application for the proposed new Free School at Rokeby, a number of surveys have been requested by the Planning Authority; these include environmental, ecological and archaeological surveys amongst others.

The applicant will arrange for the surveys to be carried out by accredited specialists who will require access to and across the application site. Survey work is likely to begin on April 12th.

Such surveys are required on all major application sites and are necessary to provide evidence of the impacts of development to the decision makers to enable them to take a decision.
