Brewing Success with Pure Quality

John Conod from the Purity Brewing Company will headline the informative educational programme at the Warwickshire Food & Drink Festival on 22 November. He will appear alongside leading businesses from throughout the county on what will undoubtedly be one of the key highlights of the Festival.

Delivering an insight into the passion, planning and principles that have turned a small farm based brewery into a national success story, John will be demonstrating how, over the last 12 years, Purity brewing has grown from a small two person enterprise, delivering to local pubs to a leading regional brewer supplying major tourist attractions, including the Ricoh Arena.

The festival is organised by Warwickshire County Council and Shakespeare’s England and will showcase the region’s local producers. The festival’s aim is to show producers that excellent local produce is available for their business here in Warwickshire.

Also speaking with be Dr Rosemary Collier of the University of Warwick. Rosemary is Director of Warwick Crop Centre and an Academic Lead for the Warwick Global Research Priority (GRP) on Food. She will be debating on issues of food production and supply. Richard Biggs, Managing Director of an innovative new food concept The Farm will be sharing his views on the future of bricks and mortar retail, whilst Jeremy Eaton from Vital Marketing will be looking at how marketing trends and topics can help businesses flourish.

There will also be session lead by award winning butchers Aubrey Allen, which is now by Royal appointment sourcing for HRH.
