If the kitchen table, local coffee shop, or home office no longer caters for the needs of your growing business – help is at hand!
Startup businesses looking to grow can now take advantage of brand new fully-serviced, affordable work stations at Eliot Park Innovation Centre, managed by Warwickshire County Council.
Appropriate office space is vital for the early stages of a business. That’s why the County Council is making these new, two and three-work station, easy-in, easy-out fully-serviced offices available for start-ups and early-growth businesses.
Over the years, Eliot Park Innovation Centre at Barling Way has helped many local entrepreneurs thrive, and has long enjoyed a high reputation for excellence as a business base and for the efficiency and friendliness of its staff.
Mark Ryder, Strategic Director for Communities, Warwickshire County Council said:
“The needs and pressures of small business owners are many and varied – finding appropriate office space in Nuneaton needn’t be one of them. Our aim is to help foster an entrepreneurial environment at our business centres, alongside the ability to offer new, emerging and expanding enterprises a range of business support, both from the County Council and our partners.”
These smart new offices, available at affordable, all-inclusive monthly fees, are ideal for start-up or early growth businesses where flexibility and a professional working environment is key. Tenants benefit from the flexibility and reassurance of being able to give just one month’s notice should the need arise.
Eliot Park’s offer stretches far beyond high-quality office space. Tenants also benefit from the centre’s friendly and experienced support team, as well as 24/7 access, superfast broadband and wifi, car parking, the latest internet phone handset, and free-to-use meeting rooms and reception services – all included in the monthly fee.
