Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service were called to a flat fire at 10.04pm on Sunday 22 April 2012. The fire was located in a flat on the 6th floor of the building. Two breathing apparatus, 70mm jet and covering jets were in use. Scene safety was implemented. The owner of the property was taken to hospital suffering from smoke inhalation. Seven appliances from across the county including Leamington, Fenny Compton, Southam and Atherstone were in attendance. The police and ambulance service were also at the scene.
