Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service received a call to a fire at factory fire at 6.26pm on Sunday 27 May 2012. The fire was located in a two story building used for the production of hygiene products. A severe fire was located at the rear of the premises away from the main building. Approx 20,000 empty plastic 5L containers and 50 tonnes of pallets were involved in the fire. Two breathing apparatus, two mainline jets, two hose reel jets and a light portable pump were in use. Appliances from Leamington, Rugby, Nuneaton, Atherstone and Alcester were in attendance.
