Road Traffic Collision – Ashorne

At 18:59 hours on 26th February, Warwickshire Fire & Rescue Service received a call to a report of a road traffic collision (RTC) on the B4087 near Ashorne. One appliance from Wellesbourne and one from Leamington proceeded. At 19:18 hours an informative message was passed stating that the RTC involved two private motor vehicles, one vehicle was still on the road and one was off the road. One person was medically trapped, Police were in attendance and crews were using stabilisation equipment, lighting and small gear. Crews expected to be in attendance for 60 minutes and scene safety had been implemented by the police. At 19:48 hours crews passed the stop message stating the casualty had been released from the vehicle and was with the Ambulance service.
