At 23:30 hours on 30.7.15, a call was received in the Emergency Control Room of Warwickshire Fire and Rescue Service to a two vehicle collision with persons trapped on Harbury Lane, Heathcote, Near Warwick. Two fire engines from Leamington Fire Station were mobilised, along with Police and Ambulance crews. Upon arrival, fire fighters confirmed that a collsion had taken place between two private motor vehicles, one on the roadway, one off the roadway and two persons were trapped. Fire fighters requested the attendance of a third fire engine for manpower. Clan lucas cutting equipment, lighting and small gear were in use to assist in releasing the casualties. Fire fighters were in attendance for approximately two hours. Two casualties were released by fire crews, along with a third casualty who was not trapped and they were all in the care of the Ambulance Service.
